Gluten-Free Snicker Doodle Chex™ Party Mix

Get ready for a delicious twist on the classic Snicker Doodle cookie! This gluten-free Chex™ Party Mix combines the buttery, cinnamon-sugar goodness of Snicker Doodles with the satisfying crunch of Chex cereal. It’s the perfect sweet snack to enjoy during the holidays or any time of the year.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Cinnamon Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chex cereal
  • 4 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine

PREPARATION

  1. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside. In a large microwavable bowl, mix cereals and popcorn.
  2. In a 1-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on high for about 40 seconds or until melted. Pour over the cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  3. Microwave uncovered on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture evenly over the cereal mixture; stir. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixture; stir. Microwave 1 minute longer. Spread on waxed paper or paper towels to cool. Store in an airtight container.

Sugar & Spice Chex™ Holiday Mix

Full of warm, cozy flavors, this Sugar & Spice Chex™ Holiday Mix recipe is the perfect way to celebrate the holiday season! This festive treat combines the sweetness of sugar with the warm spice of cinnamon, creating a truly delightful snack. It’s the perfect addition to your holiday gatherings or as a cozy treat to enjoy on its own.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups miniature pretzel twists
  • 1/2 cup Planters® cocktail peanuts (from 16-
  • Oz container)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup Kraft® JET-PUFFED mini marshmallows
  • (from 10-oz bag)
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons holiday-colored nonpareils or
  • Sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup holiday-colored M&M’S®

PREPARATION

  1. Line a large-rimmed pan with paper towels.
  2. In a medium microwavable bowl, mix Corn Chex™ cereal, 1 cup of the pretzels, and the peanuts; set aside. In a small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on high for 40 to 50 seconds or until melted. Stir in seasoned salt and red pepper. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on high for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring after every minute, until cereal is toasted. Spread in the pan to cool.
  3. Line another large-rimmed pan with waxed paper. In a large bowl, mix Rice Chex™ cereal, marshmallows, and remaining 1 cup pretzels.
  4. In a medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips uncovered on high for 45 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave in additional 15-second increments, stirring vigorously after each, until melted and smooth. Pour onto Rice Chex™ cereal mixture; mix well. Spread in pan; immediately sprinkle with holiday nonpareils. Cool for about 30 minutes or until set. Break into bite-size pieces.
  5. In a large serving bowl, mix both cereal mixtures and candies container. Add powdered sugar. Seal the bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 4 teaspoon gluten-free holiday-colored sprinkles

PREPARATION

  1. Line a large-rimmed cookie sheet with waxed paper. In a large microwaveable bowl, add cereal.
  2. In a small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on high for 20 to 30 seconds, or until melted. Stir in granulated sugar; microwave uncovered on high for 30 to 40 seconds or until sugar is dissolved Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
  3. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after every minute, until thoroughly glazed. Add powdered sugar to the bowl, mixing well to coat the cereal. Spread the mixture onto the cookie sheet.
  4. In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave chips uncovered on medium (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after a minute, until melted and smooth. Transfer to a small resealable food-storage plastic bag; cut off a small corner of the bag. Drizzle over snack mix; immediately top with sprinkles.

Rosemary & Thyme Cocktail Chex™ Party Mix

Add a savory touch to your next holiday gathering with this Rosemary & Thyme Cocktail Chex™ Party Mix. This delicious snack combines the deep flavors of rosemary and thyme with the classic crunch of Chex cereal. It’s the perfect appetizer or snack to pair with your favorite holiday cocktails!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups corn Chex Cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 1 container (10.3 oz) mixed nuts (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves

PREPARATION

  1. Line a large-rimmed cookie sheet with wax paper. In a large microwavable bowl, add cereal and mixed nuts.
  2. In a small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on high for 20 to 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in garlic salt, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary; pour onto cereal and nut mixture. Stir the mixture thoroughly to evenly coat.
  3. Microwave uncovered on high for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after every minute, until well coated and slightly toasted. Spread onto cookie sheet to cool, about 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a large serving bowl; stir in crackers.
