Simple Mills initiated a voluntary recall for a select number of Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Cracker boxes that were incorrectly packed with bags of Farmhouse Cheddar Almond Flour Crackers. We know this type of news can be concerning so as a valued customer we want to make sure you have all the facts.

Because bags of Farmhouse Cheddar Almond Flour Crackers were mistakenly packed in Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Cracker boxes, the ingredient panel does not list the presence of a possible allergen (milk). People who have an extreme allergy or severe sensitivity to milk could run the risk of a serious reaction if they consume this product. There are no safety concerns that we are aware of for those who do not have a milk allergy or dairy sensitivity.

We’ve recalled the product lots noted below, however, only select boxes have been impacted. Impacted boxes will have a bag of Farmhouse Cheddar Almond Flour Crackers in a Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Cracker box and have and have BOTH the UPC AND one of the Best By dates noted below.

Recalled product could have been sold as an individual box or part of a 3 or 6 pack of 4.25 oz boxes. On individual boxes, the UPC can be found on the bottom of each box and the Best By date can be found on the top of each box. Photos of the recalled product are below.

If you believe you have recalled product, please email us at info@simplemills.com with the following information so we can assist you.

-The numbers printed on the top of box following the Best By date

-The information printed on inner foil bag

-Store name and location (city, state) where the product was purchased

-Your mailing address

We have notified retailers that received recalled product and they are removing it from their warehouses, distribution centers, and store shelves. The Food & Drug Administration is aware of this recall, and we are working in accordance with their processes. –
