Stater Bros. Markets is proud to partner with local grower, Redlands Foothill Groves, whose citrus packing house is located less than 8 miles from our corporate office. This partnership allows us to carry the freshest navel oranges you can buy in the marketplace, picked from the tree just 2 or 3 days earlier.
The city of Redlands used to be home to about 28 different packing houses. Today, Redlands Foothill Groves is the only operating citrus packing house left in San Bernardino County. It is managed by Manuel Martinez, who has worked there for 20 years.
