Cajun Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lb. peeled and deveined, tail-off shrimp
  • Stater Bros. 6” Criolla Corn & Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp. Famous Dave’s Cajun Seasoning Spice Rub
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Optional Garnishes:

  • Shredded red cabbage
  • Mango habanero salsa
  • Crema

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
2. Melt 1 tbsp. butter (or substitute with oil) in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned shrimp.
4. Add lemon juice to the skillet with the shrimp.
5. Cook the shrimp thoroughly in the skillet.
6. Warm tortillas.
7. Add the cooked shrimp to the warm tortillas.
8. Top with your favorite toppings.
