Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Spice up your game day with Buffalo chicken sliders, a crowd-pleasing snack bursting with bold flavors. These sliders feature tender shredded chicken coated in spicy buffalo sauce, nestled on a toasted slider bun, and topped with crumbled blue cheese. Ideal for game day parties or casual gatherings, serve them alongside celery and ranch dressing for a satisfying addition to your spread.

Ingredients:

  • Cleo & Leo Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • ¾ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • ½ cup Stater Bros. Ranch Dressing
  • 1 package (12ct.) King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 ½ cups Stater Bros. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Stater Bros. Salted Butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Shred the rotisserie chicken.
3. Add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the shredded chicken, mixing to coat.
4. Keep rolls connected and slice them in half.
5. Add a layer of cheese to the bottom half of the rolls.
6. Top the cheese with the buffalo ranch chicken.
7. Add the remaining cheese on top of the buffalo ranch chicken.
8. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
9. Brush the assembled rolls with melted butter.
10. Bake for 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
11. Top with chopped parsley if desired.
