Ingredients:
- Gluten-Free Bread
- Eggs

- Powdered Sugar (optional)
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla Extract
- Butter or Olive Oil
Directions:
First, you will need a large bowl, crack open 3-4 eggs, and place them in the bowl.
Then in the bowl with the eggs, start beating your eggs, then add milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to create your french toast mixture.
Next, you will place the gluten-free bread in the mixture to soak for 5 minutes on each side.
Now, you will need to heat your pan or skillet, using butter or olive oil, and then place the soaked bread on the pan or skillet.
Cook on each side for two or three minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with powdered sugar, berries, and syrup. (if wanted)
