San Bernardino, California (May 9, 2024) – Stater Bros. Markets is very pleased to announce the grand reopening of its extensively remodeled supermarket at 2995 Iowa Ave., Riverside, CA 92507. Customers will be greeted with a new, modern façade that will give customers a hint of the improvements that await them inside.
When shoppers first walk in, they will immediately notice a completely renovated interior with new décor, flooring and checkstands for a pleasant shopping experience.
Highly popular and convenient food solutions such as fresh sushi created in-store by professionally trained sushi chefs and fresh-cut fruit straight from the in-store fruit-cutting station are now available. For those who crave the delicacies of the sea, a new seafood department has been added, and the number of organic produce items the store now carries has grown. Upgraded service deli and bakery departments now offer an expanded selection of specialty cheeses and salami, a hot burrito bar, and an increase in dessert options.
The store’s selection of multicultural foods has also been strengthened to meet the needs of the community. For customers with an affinity toward Latin flavors, the store has added a number of Hispanic and Latin snacks, beverages and candy. In addition, easy-to-prepare Asian-style noodles and Asian-style sauces have also been added to the mix.

Cisco Magaña, the store’s manager, and his entire team are ready to welcome the community of Riverside to see all that the store has to offer during its grand reopening celebration that begins on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Customers are invited to participate in the festivities with a variety of in-store food sampling events scheduled including Don Francisco Coffee, Wonder Bread, Monster, the Pringles Truck, and a visit from the Bimbo Bear. During the grand opening, customers will also have an opportunity to win free groceries for a year.
In addition, Stater Bros. Charities will be donating a total of $12,500 to local nonprofit organizations. The following organizations will receive $2,500 each:
